Virtual Workshops
Virtual doesn’t mean flat. Here’s how I make remote sessions just as connected and hands-on as being in the room.
Before we start

Set up for participation
I keep groups small and make time to connect with participants before the session where possible.
Surprise packs can be sent in advance, so people feel prepared and a little delighted before we’ve even started.
Small groups, capped at 10, so everyone has real airtime
Connecting

Designed for energy and connection
We get people involved early, with warm-ups and activities that create movement and conversation.
Sessions are broken into manageable blocks, with more frequent breaks to help people stay focused and engaged.
Miro board as the shared visual space, with planned breakout rooms so participation isn’t left to chance
Same experience. Different room.
People still build, think, share and connect, they’re just doing it from different rooms.
