Leading Through Change Workshops

Lead change with confidence, not just good intentions. Change doesn’t fail because of strategy. It fails because people struggle to let go of old ways of working, make sense of uncertainty and build confidence in what’s next.

These highly interactive workshops equip leaders with practical tools to lead their teams through change. Grounded in behavioural science and years of hands-on change leadership, they combine self-awareness, discussion and practical application that leaders can use immediately.

Whether your organisation is implementing new technology, restructuring teams or introducing new ways of working, these sessions help leaders become better at leading people through change.

What is the Change Style Indicator®?

The Change Style Indicator (CSI®) is a globally recognised psychometric assessment that measures how people naturally approach change.

Rather than assessing personality, it identifies where someone sits on a continuum between preferring gradual change and preferring more radical change.

The assessment places people into three broad styles:

  • Conservers tend to value stability, proven approaches and careful planning.
  • Pragmatists focus on what works best for the current situation.
  • Originators naturally challenge the status quo and enjoy innovation.

There is no right or wrong style. Understanding your own preferences—and those of your team—is often the first step to becoming a more effective change leader.
