I’ve spent my career helping organisations move, not just plan to move. My purpose is simple: unite and ignite teams through change, so the people doing the work are the ones shaping how it happens.
My path here wasn’t a straight line. I spent over a decade at Unilever across marketing, sustainability, and eventually as Chief of Staff to the CEO, before specialising fully in change management. That mix matters, it means I don’t just run a change program, I understand the commercial and operational reality sitting underneath it.
Along the way, I co-founded Gemini3, a job share matching platform, and spent years coaching senior job share partnerships, including some of Australia’s first job share CEOs. I’ve always believed flexible ways of working aren’t a compromise, they’re often where the best performance shows up. I led Unilever’s DEI team for four years, and that same belief, that inclusion and results aren’t in competition, still shapes how I facilitate today.
Since then, I’ve led major transformations at Bayer and George Weston Foods, taking businesses worth well over a billion dollars through ERP rollouts, restructures, and shifts to agile ways of working. I’m certified in Prosci, Agile Coaching, LEGO Serious Play, and Brain Friendly Change, but the certifications are tools, not the point. The point is getting a room full of sceptical, busy, resistant people to actually move.
Born in Canada, I studied and worked across Canada, France, the US, and South America before settling in Australia. I still bring that international lens into every room I’m in.
