For Job Share Partners or Co-Leaders: Coaching That Sets You Up for Success

Job sharing and co-leadership works best when it’s intentional. I support partners to build a solid foundation, combining practical planning with deeper insight into how they work best, together.

Coaching includes:

  • Psychometric testing to explore communication styles, strengths, blind spots and values
  • Creating a shared co-profile that highlights your combined experience, complementary skills and unique value as a partnership
  • Clarifying your principles and ways of working – the foundation of your partnership
  • Co-designing your arrangement, which includes:
    • Your job share or co-leaership model (e.g. split, twin roles, vertical)
    • Division of responsibilities (e.g. stakeholder management, projects)
    • Working days and handover routines
    • Communication tools and channels
    • Visibility, performance and success measures
    • Team leadership arrangements (if you manage direct reports)
